All of our electronic cigarette products are tested to the highest standards and go through many quality inspections.
That said, most of our products still carry a DOA warranty (Dead On Arrival… with the exception of batteries…see below) as most of our products are consumable (or disposable). Should you encounter a faulty product, we require an email or other confirmation within 24 hours of receipt to verify the product has been received in a faulty condition.
On receiving this confirmation, we will immediately arrange to replace the faulty product.
Should any of our products fail after 24 hours, you can still contact us and we will fully endeavor to replace your faulty product for up to 7 days of *normal use (DOA for atomizers and disposable cartomizers).
All of our Batteries will have a warranty of 30-60 days. (depending on model)
This warranty is valid by the assumption that you have used and maintained the product correctly and only used it for the purpose it was intended for. Any intended or indeed unintended use or mistreatment of the product that deviates from the product’s normal purpose/use or maintenance will void the warranty. Any exterior damage will void the warranty.
We still retain the right to have the faulty item/s returned to us for inspection before we replace any faulty product.
On confirmation the product is faulty, we will deliver a replacement product and reimburse your P & P costs up to a maximum of €10.
Due to contamination and hygiene reasons, e-liquid and cartridges are non refundable items.
As previously stated, our products are consumable/disposable.
Our policy is simple.
Our genuine customers have nothing to fear with regards to any faulty product being replaced, however, we must and will protect ourselves against fraudulent claims.
*Manufacturer normal use is considered as 1 pack of cigarettes per day.
eg: Consuming approximately 3 ml of e-liquid per day.
